Costs

Weekly cleans typically £18.50 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)

Fortnightly cleans typically £20.00 per hour (minimum 2.5 hours);

HOW TO GET STARTED

1 - Contact us by completing a Booking Request, Request A Callback or by calling 01202 509171

2 - We'll ask you about your cleaning requirements which we can do over the phone or on a Zoom call - we know how precious your time is! 

3 - Agree on the hours that suit your individual needs and will be based on our initial discussion. Once we know this, we can organise a mutually agreeable start date and time for your clean.

We'll also follow up with you and monitor your cleaning service to make sure everything is ok. Your feedback is really important to us and helps us to ensure we are offering the best possible cleaning service for you.

DO YOU NEED A ONE OFF SPRING CLEAN, DEEP CLEAN OR END OF TENANCY CLEAN? 

This service is ideal for:

• After building work, to clear the residual dust that seems to creep throughout the house

• A thorough deep clean for the traditional spring-cleaning season

• Assistance for temporarily incapacitated people, who just need short term help

In short, our one-off cleaning service can be used for a thorough deep clean or focused on a particular area, it’s entirely up to you!

Costs For A One Off Clean

Our Booking and Management fee is £49.00 paid in advance which is paid online via a credit card for your convenience.

This includes:

• Access to our experienced team of cleaners; all our cleaners have been vetted through our stringent system and have excellent, and consistent track records.
• The benefit of our insurance cover for peace of mind.
• A fully comprehensive cleaning kit is provided for the clean.

The cleaner’s hourly rates start at £20 per hour and are paid separately from our booking and management fee. A minimum of 4 hours is required for each clean and a team of 2 cleaners will only take 2 hours.

We carefully select all our cleaners to ensure they are efficient but still have an eye for detail. We also provide public liability and accidental damage insurance for peace of mind. 

Don't worry about supplying cleaning products and equipment because our cleaners will provide these.

Lastly, before our cleaners start your clean they will confirm the number of hours it will approximately take.

Here is a typical example of how much a 4 hour clean would cost:

Total £129.00 based on £20.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hours); This amount includes £80 for the cleaner and our booking and management fee of £49.00.
